Lock Washer "RIPP LOCK"

Vibration-resistant! A new fastening solution that allows for easy assembly and disassembly, and is reusable.

"RIPP LOCK" is a lock washer with radial ribs on both sides. The pitch angle of the ribs is designed to be larger than the screw pitch. When screws and nuts are assembled, the ribs bite into the bolt seating surface and the clamped part, locking them in place. A locking system that maintains bolt fixation through axial force (preload) rather than friction.

The "HEICO-LOCK(R) Wedge Locking System" protects bolts from rotational loosening not through friction, but by using "axial force (preload)." Born in Germany, HEICO-LOCK(R) provides high anti-loosening performance and reliability even under intense vibrations and dynamic loads. Hardness difference: H (HEICO) > H (material) The surface hardness of the washer is harder than that of the general fastening material and nut/bolt, and it firmly spikes into the surfaces of the fastening material and bolt/nut. 2.
